I took my 2025 Escalade in because the wireless phone charger wasn’t working. They told me I had to leave the car or make another appointment to get a loaner. It took them two weeks just to run a diagnostic, and then they told me the part needed to be replaced and wasn’t in stock—they would have to order it and let me know when it arrived.
