Brought our 2014 XTS in with a starter issue. $400 for a new battery and problem not solved. 2nd time left vehicle with same issue. Williamson claims lose battery cable. Service agent asked to keep car for a couple of days to resolve. After keeping the car for 2 WEEKS, we were told that there were now no available mechanics to even look at the vehicle and unknown when a mechanic would even be available. If we were told up front of these huge delays, we would have went somewhere else. Our service rep sometimes took days to return our calls, just to be told again, that nobody had looked at the car yet and don’t know when. After 2 weeks we had enough. Picked up the vehicle the next day and took it to a private garage where it was repaired the following day. We have 2 Cadillacs that will now never be serviced again. We have been customers of Williamson for decades and many Cadillacs over the years. I will never do business with Williamson again after this experience. I know many other customers of Williamson who have had similar experiences. Not sure how you stay in business More

Service personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Service time is very delayed and not all departments seem to be on the same page. I was a bit perplexed with how a car we were working on was sold from under us twice the same day. It was also perplexing how the lease pricing was worked out. I feel we received a much higher pricing for was sold from under us twice the same day. It was also perplexing how the lease pricing was worked out. I feel we received a much higher pricing for a lease than usual, even for the price of the car. And, no one was really able to fully explain much. I also think the additional amounts over sticker price is insult to injury, legal gauging and overall, poor business practice for the sake of profits. After all, the cars will sell. This simply inflates that cost, not value of the car and when the market levels, consumers will remember. Perhaps someone should take a look at dealers like Massey Yardley that still sell cars without "market adjustments". I will go back to them for sure, as for Williamson Cadillac, I'm sorry to see Ed subscribe to this practice. It is a great opportunity for him to stand out as a leader for his loyal customers. Another williamson lease is coming up soon for me and I will probably just return it and release where I don't feel taken advantage of. Love the car, hated the experience. Many thanks to Benny trying to make up for the experience with cups, hat and umbrellas. Nice people, bad practices. Thanks. More
