Thieves ! Had it checked by another mechanic and come to find out half of the charges of services that supposedly were done were never done and or parts were never changed. They just kept charging my insurance and not fixing the problems ! More
This time around I had a bad experience. Something that had never happened in the many service visits I have done in the many years I have been a Cadillac owner. Although, WC's policy is clear about the responsibility bear by the company for valuable objects left in the vehicle while service is performed, one becomes over trusting, based on previous experiences, that such objects will be respected. This time, a pair of RayBan Meta sunglasses I left in the deposit under the arm rest of my XT-5 went missing. I informed the Service Manager of this, not with the hope that the item would be recuperated but so that attention is paid to this and action is taken to prevent future occurrences. Situation like this can have a great negative impact on customer trust. Petty theft goes mostly unreported but nevertheless, impacts negatively on customer trust. It is in the best interest of WC to see this stops. More
