Normally I get excellent service, and I tell everyone but yesterday was bad. Told me oil change would last 45 min to hour and they would text when complete. After one and a half hours I went to ask and they yesterday was bad. Told me oil change would last 45 min to hour and they would text when complete. After 20 minutes at valet I went back to cashier and she said oh I’ll check now and I had to wait another 15 min for car. They used to wash the car also and they did not. More

I can't believe the advisor and the mechanic thought it was good. upon picking up the the car I explained the Valle person that I am in a hurry and don't wash my car, after 10 min I asked about my car and he told me it's being washed. I explained again that I requested not to wash and and I need it now as I am late. all my bleeding didn't help, waited around 20 plus meeting for them to finish washing my car!!!! maybe it's because I don't speak Spanish and they didn't understand me? who knows. manager is great but the experience wasn't pleasant.
