This dealership is absolutely fantastic,,, you can go anywhere you want but you won’t get the help or service that Williamson gives you ! I took our XT5 in for service,,, They anticipated ALL our needs anywhere you want but you won’t get the help or service that Williamson gives you ! I took our XT5 in for service,,, They anticipated ALL our needs while our parts were on back order (because of the strike) they gave us a new car to drive Luis Carbonell and John Varela is the best service advisor we’ve ever had !! My car came back with a chip on the handle with the paint. And I left my tennis bag in the loaner car and they still have yet to return it to me. My car was left outside for days and returned with sta paint. And I left my tennis bag in the loaner car and they still have yet to return it to me. My car was left outside for days and returned with stains all over it that needed to be hand washed off. No one called me back for days after the car was dropped off to tell when I was getting it back or the status. I finally had to call to find out what was happening. More
