John was excellent, very respectful and professional. Once I paid, it took a WHIlE for my car to come out. You guys need to work on that. No stars - Your estimate turned out to be a lie! Service said I needed a new water pump, but only a new hose was needed. Fortunately I took my car elsewhere to be serviced and saved $1200.
