I’m disappointed to see you believe our service personnel lied to you. Our technician found the hose as well as the pump were both leaking fluid. Hopefully the repair you had performed elsewhere will suffice and you won’t have any additional problems in the future.

Yes, the hose needed to be replaced, but not the water pump. The pump was not leaking! After the hose was replaced, the cooling system was pressure tested without any sign of leaks in the pump. It is working perfectly. And the cost difference was incredible - Williamson estimate of $1700 versus actual repair cost of $537. Please don’t be disappointed by my honest and candid review. I have previously commended Williamson for good service, but what happened to me this time was not right. At the very least, I believe that I am due an apology.
