Luis went above and beyond during our purchase calling insurance companies to get our rate cheaper which he was able to do. He saved us 70.00 a month. Although the staff is very nice, I am disappointed it took 6 weeks to fix my vehicle - huge inconvenience to be without my Yukon for 6 weeks and also cost me extra expenses. Much of that time, my vehicl took 6 weeks to fix my vehicle - huge inconvenience to be without my Yukon for 6 weeks and also cost me extra expenses. Much of that time, my vehicle sat there - when they did say it was repaired, when I got it back, it wasn’t and it had to go back to the dealership- another headache - More

He is very nice -but the service was poor.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. One of my issues was still never fixed and my car was not cleaned as I requested it. Ok top of this they said my car was ready after being in the shop for 10 days just for me to come in and leave early from work for the car to still me messed up. This experience was terrible More
