I was researching Hyundai around Nashville and decided to go to this particular location, and I'm so glad I did ! Not only I got a really sweet deal, I got it delivered right to my door as I was not prepared to drive 2 cars that day! I wanted the leather seats but they did not have any in stock, so they mentioned they still able to do leather seats option if I really want it, again they picked it up and brought it back to my house, it only took 3 days to replace leather seats and my car looks stunning!! Easy to deal with Within the last month we’ve had two vehicles totaled. its Stressful to buy one vehicle anyway, we’re looking for two at once. I’d already contacted a couple of dealerships about used Hyundai Santa Fe Sports in their lots and had gotten average service and replies. Found the car from Wilson County online at 10 pm at night. The next morning Shelby Vinson called and we spoke about vehicle. She was very courteous, not pushy, answered questions I had and we set an appointment for around lunch. We arrived at the dealership an I texted her to let her know we’d pulled in the parking lot. She greeted us at the door with a genuine smile and handshake. Already had the car pulled up, we inspected it, she was very very knowledgeable on the Hyundai Santa Fe. We test dove, made a deal, did the paperwork and was on our way in an hour an a half. Record time! Shelby is very genuine an if she doesn’t know an answer will find out and not make something up. I’ve got to mention she offered us water or coffee which seemed to be a standard listening to other salesman with client BUT what impressed me most of all is I asked for a coke. She thought just a second and said “we don’t have come but I will go get my coke that I have for my lunch”. Now that is Customer Service! Easiest vehicle we’ve ever bought Wayne was organized in finance an didn’t push any add on warranties. He was very educated as to the benefits of the warranties they offer. One of the managers, out of the snake pit, as I call it (where the salesman has to go to get them too write a number down, fold it, come back with payments and price scratched out in red) we all know the drill. I don’t remember his name but I will say he didn’t seem to be like most other dealership sales managers are. We did have our own financing when we went to the dealership if that had anything to do with it. Realize that every deal is different. We knew what we wanted, knew what we could afford and so on. Keep in mind that it’s impossible to walk in a dealership and get what you want, for the price you want it for and credit plays a lot in this industry also. I firmly believe Wilson County Hyundai is a fair dealership to do business with and Shelby Vinson has a lot to do with that success. More
