Great experience I walked into the dealership as a service customer. I had been having my 2012 Hyundai Sonata serviced there for years; the service was always great a I walked into the dealership as a service customer. I had been having my 2012 Hyundai Sonata serviced there for years; the service was always great and reasonably priced. While waiting on an oil change, I wandered through the lot outside looking at prices while engaging in a business call. My Sonata had over 241,000 mile on it with no serious repairs and it was time to begin looking. The problem was that I had bad credit and had no plans to purchase right away - didn't even know if I could get a car loan. Sales associate Rob Crockett came out to the lot and waited for me to finish my call. He asked if he could help me and I explained my situation and that I used my car to make a living. I told him I loved my Sonata and would buy another 2012 if they had one on the lot! Long story short, Rob and Wayne, a financial/contract guy, at Wilson County Hyundai presented me with a price on a 2019 that I could not refuse, assuming that I could get a loan! After crossing that hurdle, I drove away in my new, beautiful, reliable, 2019 Hyundai Sonata at an awesome price with a very reasonable monthly payment, an excellent vehicle and what I already knew would be consistent, reliable, affordable service in the years to come. More

watch your back my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she did my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she didnt have to worry about for the next 10 years. we bought it all, paint protection, door dings, wheels, everything was covered. or so we thought. turns out 4 years later we need to get the car repainted due to the sealant failing. the good news is the company that made the sealant is painting the car. the bad news is its going to take 3 weeks to repaint the car and she wont get a loaner. She is out her car for 3 weeks after buying every upgrade she could on that car and Wilson County Hyundai basically said its not our problem, you have to deal with the other company. the warranty on a Hyundai car only has a 3 year warranty. after that youre on your own. no support from the dealership or Hyundai USA. the sales manager told me i should have read the contract better. Really! thats how you want to treat your customers? We were thinking of buying another Hyundai but not now. I even called corporate and got the same answer from their lackey. Watch your back and hope nothing bad happens when you buy one of these cars. they will be friendly and nice when they sell it to you. all they want is the money. More
