Not a good experience 🙁 Serviceman Halverson, said I might need a new engine based on telling him that I took my car into jack’s tire and oil, which he tried to say they put Serviceman Halverson, said I might need a new engine based on telling him that I took my car into jack’s tire and oil, which he tried to say they put too much oil in and it over spilled on the engine..... my car is a 2015 Ford Fusion I don’t plan on getting a new engine any time soon and in the future I WILL NOT take my car to Wilson Motor Ford or I won’t recommend them to anyone either ! Vehicle Service I had no issue with the professionalism and politeness of the service department. However I did feel like I was getting the run around. Dropped a car I had no issue with the professionalism and politeness of the service department. However I did feel like I was getting the run around. Dropped a car off for service and waited on parts for 2 weeks. Checked every other day for updates. After calling the day I was about to purchase aftermarket parts. I was then told that my parts had been there and they were waiting on nuts and bolts that could have been reused. The lack of communication between the parts and service department was frustrating to say the least. Had they communicated that they could have went ahead and worked on it as is, and possibly got me in sooner I probably wouldn't have taken my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced. Overall no personal issues with any employee/department involved. But the situation did leave me disappointed and unfortunately I won't be coming back. More
