Friendly and knowledgeable, but too long of a wait! The staff I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle to them when the power steering failed. I dropped it off at their shop on the 24th of July. The earliest they could schedule it to look at it was Aug 5th. They did work it in on Aug 2nd and called me 3 days earlier than they originally committed, which was appreciated. When they called with the estimate, they couldn't schedule it to begin work on the repair until Aug 19th! This is my family vehicle and isn't really drivable until repaired. I was very disappointed in the wait. Again, knowledgeable and friendly, but a month to complete a repair is WAY too long! They need more mechanics and/or bays if they are that busy. Maybe offer some overtime until they are back on top of their schedule. I ended up calling Young Ford in Brigham City on the 5th of Aug and they were able to get my vehicle in the next day for repair. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle to them again, other than repairs typically are more costly at a dealership, as long as I could get my vehicle in and back in a timely fashion. More

Definitely would go back next time I have any issues with my Ford Escape! I would recommend calling to make an appointment so they can tell you exactly what you should do before arriving (i.e. make sure you are a quarter or lower with gas when checking possible leak in fuel tank). Disappointed I brought my truck in due to a check engine light and sudden loss of power while passing someone. I was told that they were unable to find the exact I brought my truck in due to a check engine light and sudden loss of power while passing someone. I was told that they were unable to find the exact cause but found engine had misfired and recommended a tune up. I agreed to the tune up and spent a load of money, check engine light was gone but it seemed that ever since the initial loss of power, the truck just didn’t seem to have its former get up and go. Fast forward to Friday August 2nd. I was coming back from Bear Lake where there is significant climb that required me to pass some slower moving vehicles. Once again, check engine light came on and I had a severe loss of power. Too late to call service since it was Friday night, so I put my truck in the garage until Monday morning. First thing in the morning I called Wilson and after speaking with service, was sent to a “scheduler”. This person informed me that they could look at my truck in a week and a half. Completely unacceptable to not be able to drive my truck for a week and a half for an urgent reoccurring issue. I instead chose to take it to a local mechanic who diagnosed the problem within 2 hrs to be a hole in the seal on a turbo bypass valve. They showed me the defective part. They replaced it and when I drove my truck, it had it’s full power back, like driving a brand new truck! I cant believe the Ford service department failed to catch what a local mechanic caught. I am so happy to have my truck back and I’m much more likely to go to this local mechanic in the future than deal with over priced, long wait, inaccurate diagnostic abilities from the dealer service department. More

I live out of state but was able to talk to Chad Rick's at the service department, and he was able to get it taken care of for me at my local ford dealer quick and painless, all while he was getting ready to go on vacation. Thanks again Chad I will recommend this dealership for their staff and awesome deals to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle in or outside of Utah. More
