They did what was right to fix my Truck. I initially brought my truck into the service center to install a trailer brake package. When they made the updates to my truck several displays weren I initially brought my truck into the service center to install a trailer brake package. When they made the updates to my truck several displays weren’t available. I noticed that the top of my steering wheel was sticky. In order to clean the substance off my steering wheel it took the leather off with it damaging my steering wheel. I voiced my concerns. The technician spoke to his manager and agreed to make it right. Every company makes mistakes, but few company’s fix them. They replaced my steering wheel, fixed my display and took care of all of my outstanding issues. Well done Wilson Motor! More
