Reasonably fast, priced accordingly and thorough I came in for a 60,000 mile routine maintenance on a Jeep and requested also optional transmission servicing. While working on it, the technician not I came in for a 60,000 mile routine maintenance on a Jeep and requested also optional transmission servicing. While working on it, the technician noticed the brakes were getting a bit worn and I received a phone call from my service manager Lynette Lewis. She offered to grind the rotors or replace them (or have someone do it). Since a Jeep occasionally goes to rough places I need it to be fully up to "spec". It was ready the next morning. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect it to be. More

Lynette has always bent over backwards to get my vehicle in and she has even moved things around in order to make things work. She always gets things done in a timely manner and if its not then she gets it done. I have been so impressed with Lynette since I’ve had my work truck, I decided to bring my personal vehicle in to be serviced. I have even been impressed with Tanner. I think he is following in Lynette’s footprints and they make an awesome team. I have even asked Lynette to recommend a sales guy to me for when I buy a new vehicle. I trust Lynette and Tanner and they treat me awesome! I don’t know how much they make but it’s not enough, I think they deserve a raise. They are awesome!! The only thing I had a hard time swallowing with my service experience is the $650 brake job. That’s a bit steep! More
