This time around I worked with someone I didn’t know, and it was just as great of an experience. They recently brought on a new Sales Manager (not sure that that is his official title), Koddy, and he went out of his way, along with the rep Shaun, to help in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I thought I had settled on a vehicle, Kody presented me with another option that he felt might be a better fit. I’m glad he did, because it ticked way more of my boxes and still fit within my budget. Excellent service from everyone I worked with. More

Not happy at all I bought my Jeep and the day I bought it the 4 wheel drive had issues. I should of known then to not buy this vehicle. I have had nothing but problems I bought my Jeep and the day I bought it the 4 wheel drive had issues. I should of known then to not buy this vehicle. I have had nothing but problems and of course they wouldn’t let me pay more to have it covered by them. Utterly dissatisfied with my purchase. Will not recommend anyone to Wilson motors. Poor customer service We've purchased a number of vehicles from Wilson and the purchase experience was great. Their service however is not. We've had to bring our vehicle in multiple times just for them to "figure out" the warranty and what was wrong. It was like they never looked at it and just rescheduled. Calling in is a nightmare as you'll be out on hold for so long you'll get disconnected. More
