Best car buying experience ever Based off of past experiences, my expectations for buying my new car were set really low. I already had anxiety about making such a big purchase and I was not looking forward to spending my day dealing with a stressful situation. I was so pleasantly surprised from the second I walked into Wilsonville Subaru. I was greeted by Flo and the sales manager and they explained exactly how the process worked. I was so relieved that I only had to deal with one person and that I wouldn’t have to haggle back a forth over price. I was thrilled that the car I wanted was there and that the price was already set at a price that was fair. Flo answered all of my questions and each step was explained very clearly. I was shocked by how quick and easy everything was! It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone. More

He also taught me how to empty a confusing vacuum cleaner someone had loaned me and went so far as to empty the full dust compartment out for me inside the dealership. (causing a mini dust storm) Tom's customer service is way more than 5/5 but that's the max i can give him here. Best experience i've had at any car lot hands down. More

Pleasant and accommodating! First of all, buying a car kind of sucks. It takes forever and you never seem to get exactly what you want (be it budget, inventory, whatever). Harrison is who helped us out, and let me tell you, he’s a young stud! He made our car buying experience one that we will always have a positive memory of! Since the whole process took a while, they even comped my boyfriend and I a free sandwich, which was delicious by the way. I had a lot of negative equity in my trade in and was upside down in my loan. Harrison and the Subaru fam made sure we got the best deal (way lower interest rate!) and that we were 100% happy with our purchase. I really like the dealerships “no bull xxxx” attitude about not trying to twist your arm into a car that isn’t what YOU want. The sales team make the same commission no matter what car you buy, so they genuinely just want you to be happy with your purchase or lease. I also really appreciate that you are with the same person from start to finish, but all of the employees at the dealership were super friendly and attentive. I’m officially a PNW’er and love my Subaru! I can’t recommend Harrison and the team at Subaru of Wilsonville enough! More
