Easy & Stress Free! Going into Subaru, my husband and I were excited to be purchasing a new vehicle, but dreading the process. Past experiences at other dealerships proved as difficult and frustrating, but our experience at Subaru was the opposite. We first were in contact with Roree, who helped us with our initial inquires about the dealership, current specials, and determining what type of car would benefit us and be a good fit for our family. She then helped facilitate an appointment to come in a look at vehicles. Our salesman was Harrison, and he was AWESOME! He really listened and took into account our needs, what we were looking for, and what we did not want. He was not pushy, and had great patience, and was completely honest throughout the entire process. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle the day we went, but working with Harrison was so easy, and we came across a great deal, so we drove off in our new Subaru Forester the same day! A big thank you to Harrison, and the entire Subaru Wilsonville team. If you are looking for great customer service, and an easy process for vehicle purchasing, go visit them. Above and beyond my expectations I came to the dealership for a nationwide recall. While my Forester was being taken care of, I used that time to have them look at any problematic iss I came to the dealership for a nationwide recall. While my Forester was being taken care of, I used that time to have them look at any problematic issues that might arise in the future. Of course they found issues that I was not pleased with and started quite a panic on the expenses to take care of said issues.... Through the amazing work from the Service Advisor, (Rachael), we were able to get everything covered under warranty.. such good news, I couldnt wait to get my car back.. They did such a wonderful job taking care of not only my car, but me as well... Certainly glad I choose Wilsonville Subaru to service my car.. More

Great people,great atmosphere I drive by this dealership all the time and often watched the commercials on TV. I was able to get out of work early one day and decided to stop by after being disgusted with the maintenance and operating costs of my girlfriend's 2014 Audi A6. I was greeted at the door by a friendly guy named Brian. I have bought many cars from dealerships all over the Northwest and I gave him the no xxxxxxxx truth, income, credit score and why I was there, Brian immediately started asking questions as to what I was interested in and was more than willing to answer all my questions and to make multiple trips to look at different cars with no complaints. I went home talked to my girlfriend about the cars and we came in to test drive one and she immediately liked it. I'm very glad to have chosen Wilsonville Subaru. If I had to say anything negative about the experience at all is maybe the no haggle pricing, both on the new vehicles and the trade. I realize that this is becoming industry standard with people being able to shop and buy nearly everything including cars from home on the internet but it's a change from 20+ years of experience with dealerships. I think it's actually perhaps better because you don't have to spend hours getting beaten into a deal that you really don't want and listening to xxxxxxxx like "we want to sell this for month end numbers" or my manager is going to be pissed if I ask for this price but I will try etc....
