NO BULL is just window dressing This dealership might have the same owner as Wilsonville Toyota but not the same service; having sold my 4-Runner last month I decided on a Subaru as This dealership might have the same owner as Wilsonville Toyota but not the same service; having sold my 4-Runner last month I decided on a Subaru as a better commuter car and with the great experience (in sales and service) at Wilsonville Toyota I went to Wilsonville Subaru. I had already drove a few vehicles and had an idea of what I wanted for my family (Outback) instead they tried to upsell to a new Crosstrek the entire time, I noted I wanted the pre-owned Outback and had done my homework but the first 20-30min in the lot was basically telling me I was wrong and need to get (the more expensive) New Crosstrek. I was already turned off but the color and mileage of the car I wanted was there so I stuck it out a bit longer. After inspecting the car I noticed it had a few dents and was missing two tire air pressure caps. I asked would you be willing to pop these (I already knew they had dent repair on staff) and if they can get the pair of air pressure caps. The sales person response, we are a “No Bull” company; so in other words we don’t negotiate and its “as-is”. Really? Do you want me to buy this or not? Managers were called and they said they would see about getting dents fixed and finding pressure caps. I had enough; I left but told them to call me if they would do it. They eventual called me and said we can fix all the imperfections to the car that were on the show floor, It was the car I wanted and even though I was frustrated I went back the next day. I started with the same associate but then was moved to another, who I guess was new who had his own customer and I waiting 45min in the lounge to buy my car. I THOUGHT THE COMMERCIALS SAID 1 PERSON START-TO-FINISH? Finally, they kept trying to push extra warranties on the buy; I declined every time to the point of frustration (five times and two people came to talk to me). I finally asked, “Should I know something? Is this a lemon, I don’t want the extra warranty.” The response, “we have cars in the shop that were purchased new a month ago but now have a broken computer.” Really!? That’s the quality of your cars. I did my homework so I was comfortable but that response as a salesperson is inexcusable. Absolutely awful, I sincerely regret giving them my business. I told them I will not be back, we have a young family but our future business will be spent elsewhere. I almost returned the car out emotionally I was just worn. Additionally, after my negative but respectful comments about the process when they asked I never received a follow up of ANY kind. So happy I just spend tens of thousands of dollars with you. NO Bull is just window dressing for all vehicles as is and that we don’t flex on any pricing. Call it what is it is. Don’t go to Wilsonville; get your Subaru in Beaverton, Gresham or Salem. For you Wilsonville Toyota fans, don’t assume it’s the same quality of service. More

We have him the low down and he proceeded to get us to where we needed to be. Thankfully, Justin was on the phone and Harrison was available to help. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly embodied the “No bull” experience. If you need a car, and perfect service, ask for Harrison “The Matador”. More

I had many misconceptions about leasing and appreciated the patience he showed me through this process. I never felt that I was being pushed to buy extra warranties or add ons. I was given space to decide on my own and never felt pressured to do anything I felt uncomfortable with. There was no haggling or talking with several different people. He was friendly and very easy to work with.
