Not every experience was horrible, but most were taxing and stressful with a lot of the stereotypical car salesman issues. Andrew Porter is an honest and hard-working gentleman who did an excelllent job helping me complete a simple car purchase. This person understands people and doesn't have any car salesman traits in any way. Because of his very professional demeanor, I can only suppose he does not really want to sell cars, but he definitely didn't say or relate any such feeling toward his service to me and my wife. It is apparent that he will excel at anything that is asked of him. Because of his extremely personable and direct style, I intend to recommend Wilsonville Subaru to many of my friends and colleges. It's a very nice and friendly shop. More

Great experience We came in about a month ago to check out the crosstrek. Holly greeted us outside and showed us right away to what we wanted and went on a test drive! This dealership has a very large inventory, making it easy to compare models and trim levels. At age 73, I have had a lot of dealership experiences. Many of those have really enraged me. Wilsonville Subaru is not typical in that sense - they take a modern approach - respecting the customers. James Salon worked with us all afternoon - answering all our questions, showing us features, and pointing out differences. All prices are clearly posted. James NEVER once acted like "a car salesman", rather more like a guide. No pressure, no tricks, no anxiety. Wonderful experience. With fixed discounted prices - no haggling! We bought a new car that met all our requirements - no more and no less. Everything from walking in to driving off was handled by James - no bouncing from one person to another. Great car, great dealership. More

Great customer service, extremely slow process. Chris Killion was a great salesman and we appreciated his help. The paperwork process was extremely slow and seemed a bit disorganized at times. Between internet issues, and the printer/management being across the room, we felt like a lot of our time was sitting waiting for back and forth processes, not paperwork being completed. Additionally, we didn't receive our certified pre-owned paperwork at the time of sale, and we received a radio antenna that didn't fit, thus requiring us to comeback to get the correct one once it comes in. Great people, great atmosphere, just poor execution. More
