Roree Lewis was so helpful and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and provided me with information as we requested it. She coordinated with Max the salesperson to make our experience special. Roree's supervisor, Paul Heinrich. also sent me a follow up email to ensure that I was completely satisfied and to ensure that my questions had been answered. We had never met Roree face to face, but when the vehicle arrived and it was time to finalize the purchase, Roree called us and assisted us in scheduling our appointment. Shortly after arriving for our appointment, Roree came over and introduced herself. She seemed just as excited about our new Subaru as we are!
