First and foremost, I want to thank Andrew Porter for making my car experience an easy and pleasant one. After 20 years of a love affair with BMW, it was time for me to get an Outback which I need for making my car experience an easy and pleasant one. After 20 years of a love affair with BMW, it was time for me to get an Outback which I need for all my outdoor activities on the weekends. Because of the pandemic, I waited until this April to do the purchasing. The decision to buy an Outback was an easy one after moving to Portland 2 years ago but selecting a dealership to work with getting the vehicle that I wanted wasn't an easy one. I chose Wilsonville Subaru out of several Subaru dealerships around the city based on reading the customer reviews online and watching their TV commercials. I must say the positive reviews I read and the dealership's emphasis on their friendly customer service, one-pricing approach, and bright & airy showroom were all true. All of those factors made the car purchasing experience with them so much less stressful and pleasant. After doing some homework online, finally chose a particular trim I wanted before meeting with Andrew. The Outback with the options & color I wanted was not available however Andrew made few quick checks on his end and let me know that it could be delivered to the dealership about a week later. While waiting for the car's arrival, Andrew updated me via text & calls where the vehicle was and the estimated arrival time. The car arrived within a day or two of the estimated time. On the day of the purchase, not only Andrew gave me a detailed tutorial on the new vehicle but also he shared his personal experience with his own vehicle, which helped me few things in general. The overall experience with the dealership was a positive and happy one for me. Most of all, I truly appreciated Andrew for his steady, calm, professional, genuine, and no-rush & pressure approach the entire time he worked with me. I highly recommend Andrew & Wilsonville Subaru to anyone who is in the market for getting a new Subaru in and/or around the Portland area. More
