Disappointed that the Subaru dealership in St. George UT could not fix my problem (but time was an issue). On my return to Wilsonville OR, I made an appointment with the local dealership and found out that my vehicle was out of warranty based on mileage but not time. Had every expectation of a long service wait and a large repair bill when I brought vehicle in for repair. Rachael Gobbel was at the Service Desk checking in new customers. When I described the apparent problem with the GPS, she immediately went to the vehicle and removed the GPS chip. After briefly inspecting and cleaning chip, she reinstalled it; and, in less than 3 minutes, the problem was solved! Based on her experience and technical knowledge, she was able to satisfy a first time customer in a quick, no hassle manner. I would consider this Great Customer Care, and hope she is commended for her actions. More
