Was a great experience, in a very classy facility. Chose Wilsonville Subaru out of convenience; is the closest Subaru dealership to my residence. Their prices and offerings were comparable to other local dealerships, but their customer service was SUPERB, and their dealership is second-to-none, in terms of building and presentation. Took about 4 hours total to buy my 2020 Forester Sport, half of that time was due to my deliberation. Pretty no-nonsense experience from beginning to end, and very low stress in comparison to prior car buying forays. Would recommend them without reservation. More

Wow... this was fun! I have a VERY pretty "cool grey khaki" (or "blue" as I call it:) 2020 Crosstrek Hybrid! I'm very excited. I plugged it in when I got home and got an email telling me when it was all charged. Fantastic! This car buying experience couldn't have been easier. I have had a Subaru for my past two cars, so knew that upgrading 2015 Forester for a new Subaru was the way to go and I had my eye on the Crosstrek... I was hesitating because I like the climate-friendly idea of a hybrid... then I saw this one. I called the dealer to set up a test drive appointment... they were ready when I go there. I test drove a white car, but Andrew helped us find one in the color we wanted and helped line us up to have it held for us when it arrived (that was super simple, too). Once it was in, we made an appointment and spent about 2 hours at the dealer with Andrew, and that included financing, paperwork and going over many of the car's bells & whistles. I would recommend Andrew at Wilsonville Subaru to anyone looking to buy a car. It was easy... no hard sell... no upselling... Just a knowledgeable client advocate who helped us make a very good choice. More
Like the car, like the brand, struggle with the dealership. The service manager, Rick Fernandez, is terrific. Holly Hill did a good job. But store-wide, over the course of an hour-long visit, we saw not one The service manager, Rick Fernandez, is terrific. Holly Hill did a good job. But store-wide, over the course of an hour-long visit, we saw not one single member of the staff wearing a face mask. During a pandemic, with the county still on the highest level of safety protocols. (Rick did have one around his neck, and made an obvious effort to stand back during our conversation.) Most of our time in the store was sitting across a desk, sharing ink pens - and definitely within six feet. It is extremely discourteous to force a customer to ask the employees to observe basic safety measures. And if it HAS gotten far enough that a customer must ask employees to employ social distancing and face masks, it is over the top to get an eye roll from the notary (Tanaya Canal). We expect better of the Subaru brand. This has to be a message being sent by management for it to be so pervasive. It does not convey the Subaru brand message of consideration for others: "The Subaru Love Promise is our vision to show love and respect to all people at every interaction with Subaru. Together with our retailers, we are dedicated to making the world a better place." Really, Wilsonville? You can do better. More

Brad got me a rate lower than the one I walked in with but he didn't stop working the bank. Even though he exceeded my expectations he further worked the bank for an additional tier bump. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and flexible to our needs! He took extra care with us and outlined cost projections between getting a lift and new tires/wheels on our exisitng outback against upgrading to a new Outback. We ended up upgraded and couldn't be happy with our new toy! We will be using Wilsonville Subaru for all of our future car needs and look forward to working with them again in the future! More
