Wilsonville Subaru - Service Center

My receipt says my air cleaner is dirty but it was not replaced nor did they ask me if they should replace it. “SESINSP” is supposed to be part of my “free” (purchased) service. It does not say on my receipt that it was performed. Under “Labor” it says zero so I have to assume it wasn’t done. I was told my car should be serviced every 6 months or 6000 miles yet they always put 3 mo/3000 mi. sticker on windshield. When I asked about it, they put a new corrected sticker on. Finally, they were playing hip hop/rock music overhead which was very loud in the waiting area which was annoying and not drowned out by ear buds. More

After a nightmare of an experience with Gresham Subaru I was very wary, Spencer (I hope I remembered that right) was super helpful and very responsive. We had our vehicle towed in for repair and that is when our good experience began. Ron Owens-General Manager greeted us and introduced us to Spencer in the repair department. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and we were back on the road, good to go. Spencer and his team were incredible in terms of their service and professionalism toward us.
