We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted to test drive and Cole had it ready for us when we arrived. During the test drive the dealership did my trade in appraisal and the entire process moved quick drive and Cole had it ready for us when we arrived. During the test drive the dealership did my trade in appraisal and the entire process moved quickly and seamlessly! We were never shuffled off to another rep. We never dealt with anyone else besides Cole from start to finish. He is funny and kind and easy to talk with. We had not purchased a new vehicle for 10 years and we feel so fortunate to have found Cole at Wilsonville Toyota. Thanks for everything! More
