I was browsing online and selected the advertised “No Bull” price, which required providing contact information. Immediately I was bombarded with multiple texts and phone calls. I replied to one text off Bull” price, which required providing contact information. Immediately I was bombarded with multiple texts and phone calls. I replied to one text offering additional information if I had questions. My question was very specific: there was a $4,000 Toyota rebate advertised alongside 2.99% financing, and I asked directly whether the rebate applied regardless of how the vehicle was paid for. The salesperson texting me (Mars) clearly stated that payment method did not matter and that the $4,000 rebate applied. I even provided my credit score and was told I would likely qualify for the 2.99% rate. Based on that information, I drove into the dealership. Once there, I was told the information I had been given was incorrect and that the rebate only applies to cash purchases, not financed deals. In other words, the information that brought me into the store was flat-out wrong. I then dealt with Austin (sales manager) and Josh (introduced as a GM). While Austin acknowledged that the online and text information was inaccurate, I was told they could not honor it and that the issue stemmed from whoever “handles the online side.” No effort was made to actually resolve the situation. To make matters worse, I was given a low trade-in offer and essentially told there was nothing they could do. After being lured into the store with incorrect pricing and finance information, the experience ended with wasted time and no accountability. I have nearly 30 years in the automotive industry, and this is exactly the kind of bait-and-switch behavior that gives dealerships a bad reputation. If you value transparency and accurate information, I would strongly recommend confirming everything in writing — or shopping elsewhere.. More
