Was told vehicle was ready for purchase. Arrived with my young son and after 4 hours was told it would be ready in 2-3 days. I was set to leave entirely, was told it would be ready by 6pm meaning they rushed through the inspection. I drove over an hour expecting the vehicle to be ready. Vehicle was well below levels on coolant, wiper fluid, oil, missing a gas cap and the wiper blades were completely shot. Was not afforded full explanation of what the additional fees were. Call me old fashioned but when I was told the car was ready, I assumed it would be. I am happy others had positive experiences but as far as I'm concerned, this dealership lacks integrity. More
I went to Wilsonville Toyota at the beginning of December for my first-ever dealership experience. Vaughn Allen kindly offered me assistance as soon as I got there. He had a kind and easy going approach, which made it easy to discuss my vehicle needs with him. There was a Subaru Forester that I wanted, and Vaughn took all-of-the-time necessary to help me find a price that worked, and even scouted an alternative vehicle option to suit my financial needs. Because I wanted to save more for my down payment, I declined buying the car the first time. Vaughn was not pushy at all, and instead offered complete understanding and reiterated it was important I pay a price I'm comfortable with. Through out the month, he respectfully kept me up to date on the Forester, and because of his communication and thoroughness, I was able to come back and get the car later that month. As a highly stubborn person I usually resist help, especially when I feel pushed. So I feel extremely fortunate that I got to work with Vaughn- he is the reason I felt comfortable coming back. He was easy-going, genuine, kind, and clearly a hard worker. Most importantly, he fully embraced my weird jokes (and my families banter). What a guy! I'm a happy camper!!! Thank you! More

Living in Salem I had the option of going to a dealership in my city or heading north/south. I spoke with Jacob at Wilsonville Toyota who was the only one to run around looking at prices and future inventory and sent me spec sheets etc. He never once made me feel that "get them through the door no matter what" vibe that dealerships LOVE to push (I used to work for a dealership that operated that way and I hated how fraudulent it felt to promise something was available just to get them in. Bait and switch tactics are gross). He gave me straightforward answers to all of my questions. From there I met Emily, let me tell you, she is AMAZING. Laid back, down to earth and good at what she does. She spent way more time than I'm sure any one would want making a pros and cons list between two cars I wanted and never once made me feel pressured to make a sale. The icing on the cake was the fact they had a Rav in the exact color I was hoping for traded the day before! Emily went beyond her job scope and made sure to connect me with her insurance gal for the best rates once she saw what my insurance was quoting me, asked her service department about updating the cars radio etc. So many of my "I wonder if's" that she found the answers to. She even kept me updated on when the car would be ready to come home. Seriously stellar customer service. More
