I bought this car and noticed the bumper clip was detached. I took it in two times to get fixed. The first time they couldn't fix it, they just put a new bumper on it. On the second time they found i detached. I took it in two times to get fixed. The first time they couldn't fix it, they just put a new bumper on it. On the second time they found it had damage. They blamed the damage on me instead of fixing it. It went in for the same problem, but this time I somehow managed to damage the car. Their name is misleading. Instead of no bull Wilsonville Toyota, their name should be full of bull. My real rating for them is one star. More

My purchasing experience with Steven Bailey was very efficient. Called ahead and the vehicle was waiting for me to test drive, and going through the transaction was straight forward. Steven was able to take care of the paperwork while I was home and he also arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home. His service was above and beyond and I appreciated his time and availability for my questions. My service experience started off rocky, after only a week I had vibration at high speeds in my newly purchased used car. Jessica and Josh were understanding of my concerns and due to the dealership warranty I was able to get serviced covered. They also went above and beyond on getting me a loaner due with the extended time it would take to have it serviced. I appreciate the level of consistent friendly and understanding service across sales and service but also as a potential and current customer.
