I was there to buy a RAV4, but I feel it misses a little luxury touch I was looking for. Emily and Austin sensed my hesitant, and they showed me the Venza, I was thrilled to find out that Venza has almost everything I was looking for: reasonable price, great gas mileage, slight luxury and comfortable interior design, and there is Toyota's name behind the quality! Thank you Emily and Austin, it was a very pleasant experience, and I love my new Venza! More

I made an appointment, took me 6 hours to buy a car I knew I wanted. Car needed a detail, magically had bumper damage when I went to pick it up. Manager wrote me a service order to have it fixed the next week, took 2 months and several phone calls and voicemails that all went unanswered. Service team was great! 6 months later no registration in the mail, after a long wait on the phone with the dmv turns out the dealership mis-filed my paperwork and I wouldn't have received it had I not called in. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm never going back, not even for service despite how well the service team treated me. I tell friends, family and acquaintances to stay away. More
I feel like I got a competitive price at this location, and the "no Bull" mentality made the whole process feel less subjective than the normal dealership experience. This morning, I complained to Jonah in Service that my newly installed SD card was not up to date for the traffic pattern onto the Wilsonville Rd. from Newberg (which was finished several years ago) as we newly installed SD card was not up to date for the traffic pattern onto the Wilsonville Rd. from Newberg (which was finished several years ago) as well as one at the coast, also not recent. Jonah gave me quite a runaround, saying that SD cards are only updated every 2 or 3 years (!); and that a malfunction wasn’t possible. (Also, I had to do this in a mask as he isn’t vaccinated.) On the other hand, Jesse in Parts was helpful in explaining that possibly the SD card was defective or that I could wait for the update, usually out in the fall but likely late this year due to the electronics back-up. He also explained that the slight bulge at a bumper junction was just cosmetic whereas Jonah had abruptly told me to go to a body shop. (Also, Jesse is vaccinated.) Both ends of the spectrum of customer service in half an hour!! Before today, service at Wilsonville Toyota has been excellent. More
Vaughn was a great help in helping me find my RAV4. I was worried as I started shopping around dealerships that I would be pressured to look at vehicles I really didn't want, but Vaughn took my word for it r worried as I started shopping around dealerships that I would be pressured to look at vehicles I really didn't want, but Vaughn took my word for it right out of the gate and didn't waste my time trying to show me other vehicles. I knew what I wanted and he respected that. It felt like he was honest with me from the beginning and spoke with me like a neighbor, which was perfect for me because I felt like he was being real and not sugar coating everything. I really appreciated his honesty and respect for my time. The only reason why this isn't a five star is of no fault of Vaughn, but the dealership regarding trade-ins. They only offered me $1000 for my 2011 Dodge Avenger, which really wasn't a fair trade. After rating it - which included things like the condition of tires and such which lowered the value (as expected) the dealership then tried to deduct the price of tires and the like from the value that already considered such items. Basically, double dipping into the value. I wasn't thrilled about that, so I listed it for sale and a couple of other dealerships offered 3x's as much, and I ended up selling it for $4,500. Took that cash and applied it toward my down payment. So 5 stars for Vaughn, 3 stars for the dealership, giving 4 stars overall. Thank you, Vaughn! More
