They found our diamond in the rough Our needs were quite specific and a little difficult as we wanted a car that we came to realize was quite rare for the area. We had a different, more Our needs were quite specific and a little difficult as we wanted a car that we came to realize was quite rare for the area. We had a different, more local dealership promise to get the car for us from another on a "dealer trade." They were unable to make this happen. My wife reached out to Wilsonville Toyota and I thought it was likely a lost cause (due to our previous experience). I was dead wrong. They got us the car we wanted, in the trim/color we wanted. Lastly, they then hauled it in from 300 miles away AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to us AND delivered it to our house (thanks again Kristifor). He even showed my wife the basics of how to use the car. This was a nice touch since we had already made multiple visits to their dealership to help finalize the deal. If I had a critique, it would be that the dealership interactions were too slow/tedious/confusing. We were required to drive in for multiple appointments even though we were cash buyers and ready to sign as long as the car was actually "available." However, we understand that this was a more complicated deal to work and during a very busy time for them. We appreciate everyone's hard work. Great experience yet again My wife and I decided to upgrade our previous lease as our Corolla was now a bit too small for us now that we are first time parents with a four month My wife and I decided to upgrade our previous lease as our Corolla was now a bit too small for us now that we are first time parents with a four month old son. The SUVs were out of our budget, but our sales person recommended the 2019 Camry, which is known for its space and reliability. I felt it had just amount of room as the RAV4 Hybrid at half the monthly price. Monthly price, expected depreciation, and money factor were great. So, we went for it and love it. The only two complaints I have are: 1) they didn’t roll over the last remaining service we had prepaid for the Corolla to the Camry. We also asked about the 500 dollar charge on the “other” category and were told that was the prepay amount for the 30k and 35k Mile service for the Camry. It should be less if they rolled the last prepaid service of the Corolla to the Camry as the last service was for 35k. Shouldn’t it be then $390 instead of $500? 2) For 330 dollars to put the door edge guards on, whoever did it at the dealership did a poor job. Twice I’ve had to fix them on the rear driver’s side door and the passenger door. Had we known, I would have asked for a Camry without them and saved the 330 dollars. Other then that, love supporting our local dealership. More
