After I had decided on a vehicle, the paperwork process was very quick and I was on my way in no time. I had the pleasure to work only with one person, Chris Wallace, and didn't have to deal with multiple people to finally close the deal. Chris was great: very knowledgeable and personable; he answered all my questions and never was pushy. It was nice to deal with someone friendly and straight forward. Excellancy I went in to this dealership with the idea of up grading to a different/bigger car because I could never see the speedometer not knowing my speed. I had a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid with less than 6,000 miles. Troy was my salesperson for the day! He showed me the 2019 Rav4 with all the new updates plus it had digital lighting in the dash so I could see my speed. He was so helpful, cheerful, and informative and I drove out of the dealership in a beautiful 2019 Rav4. His explanations were top notch and I would recommend him to anyone and also this dealership. Good service but room for improvement This dealership is good in being proactive about staying current on maintenance and we have found it easy to get in for maintenance without scheduling This dealership is good in being proactive about staying current on maintenance and we have found it easy to get in for maintenance without scheduling a time a week later. The only problem we had this last time was picking up the car. After meeting with the service advisor and paying for the service, we waited over 15 minutes to get our car. We had to flag another worker to get our car. That was very poor service. Other than that, everything else was fine. More
