I’ve shopped around and as soon as they see my credit score and the available credit I have, they get pushy with accessories, protection plans, etc. Not the case here! Alex knew what I wanted and gave me a few options she thought I would like. There’s was hardly any pressure to commit. She also came in on her day off to do this for me! Thank you, Alex! I also had the opportunity to speak with a mechanic who gave me great advice and tips with my new Tacoma. Paradigm Shift I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime but have never had an experience like this before. My wife and I had recently moved into a new home and had I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime but have never had an experience like this before. My wife and I had recently moved into a new home and had our share of challenges along the way. We new we would be buying a new truck but wanted to wait until we had the time and energy to sit at a dealership for hours. I was looking online at trucks during my lunch hour and found a vehicle configured exactly the way we wanted it, I had mentally committed myself to taking a day off of work to get this done as this dealership is an hour away from where I live. I called to see if they would take a deposit over the phone so I could drive up in a few days to get it. Jennifer said "you don't have to wait until you can come up lets get it done right now and I will bring the truck to you tonight" we agreed on a price worked out the details and that very night a new Tacoma was delivered to my front door by Stephanie, Really...who does that? Well apparently Willsonville Toyota, Jennifer and Stephanie do, the most smooth, stress free vehicle buying experience of my life ever. Amazing, great job. More

As smooth of a purchase as possible Austin was amazing. I'm one that doesn't like to be pressured and Austin never pressured me once.
