He prepared all of the paperwork ahead of time, so once we came in to pick it up, we pretty much just had to sign. After dropping the truck, my wife and I inquired about a 2017 RAV4 as we are searching for a new vehicle for my wife and Matt helped us answer all of our questions. We decided to do a test drive a few weeks later. When we came down on a Sunday (place was packed), Matt was finishing up w/ a customer and had a coworker help us with the test drive and we were very pleased w/ the vehicle. Unfortunately we weren't ready to purchase a new vehicle at that time but appreciated Matt's time to stay in touch and ensured we got to test drive a vehicle we were interested in. He was very nice during this whole process. If we decide on another for our next vehicle, we will definitiely be back and will be contacting Matt again. More
