It was below everybody else's price, and it is just like the commercials say. I was treated like family, and most of all, they made sure my wife was comfortable, and that she enjoyed the vehicle more than I did. Josh was able to transfer my desired car over from Newport within a day and then proceeded to make a few more altercations at my request. Amazing Customer Service My wife and I were looking for our first family car. We had a general idea of what we wanted (Rav4) but struggled on what trim level to get and if we My wife and I were looking for our first family car. We started our search at another Toyota dealership in Portland but we’re just turned off by the sales and finanace staff. A friend of ours highly recommend Jen from Wilsonville Toyota so we reached out to her and we were very happy we did. Jen is super knowledgeable, honest, and candid. She helped guide us to the exact RAV4 we wanted and determined it was better to lease with our situation. Unfortunately they did not have “the one” in their inventory so Jen started hunting for it. Within days, Jen found one in Newport Oregon (the only one in the region). Not only did she go out and pick it up but she drove the car to our house all the way out in NE Portland (over 40miles away) to sign papers and to give us a tutorial about the car so we didn’t have to drive all the way down to Wilsonville with a new baby during dinner time traffic. Colin met us in the pa In April my mother and I wandered into Wilsonville Toyota to see what the different blue hues looked like on the latest Camrys. Colin met us in the parking lot and took us right to the vehicle we had seen online. He took the time to compare the different trim lines and to answer all the questions we had. We had been shopping at various Portland-area Toyota dealerships and had felt much more pressure, both in-person and via email and phone, than we did with Colin. He was so low-key that we never felt like he was trying to make a sale with us. Instead, it truly felt as if he was there to help us explore the world of 2018 Camrys! During the test drive, Colin patiently explained all the new "bells and whistles" on the 2018 model (my mother was still driving a 2002 model so much had changed) while giving my mother the opportunity to try them for herself. He earned our trust and respect by treating us with the utmost courtesy and respect. Once my mother decided to make the purchase, it was wonderful to not be shuffled from sales person to sales manager to finance department, etc. Colin handled all of the paperwork while other staff completely cleaned the car, inside and out. I'm not sure the total purchase time was any less than I've experienced at other dealerships, but it certainly was much more pleasant. And the detailers did a fantastic job! Wilsonville Toyota's slogan "One Person. One Price. No Bull." was completely right. In fact, I think they ought to add "No Pressure." to their mantra. I live 2,400 miles away so mostly likely won't be purchasing my next Toyota here, but I am telling all of my Oregon/southwest Washington family and friends to go visit Colin Thompson at Wilsonville Toyota next time they're in the market for a new vehicle. More
