I brought my 2007 Tacoma in for an oil change, and to see what was wrong with my tire sensors. The time I got there was 13.22, and the finished time was 16.58. Totaling 3.36 hours. They tried to bully me into doing the 5 tire sensors at 1129.90. I went to .Les Schwab for a nail in tire. They also told me about the tire sensors, and if I wanted it fixed. I got a quote for 304.91 for everything. I won't be back to Wilsonville Toyota ever again. They wasted my time. When it was time to pickup my pickup, they said "YOU KNOW WHERE ITS AT". No vacuuming, no car wash, no apologies. More

We had never been to Wilsonville Toyota, but we will not hesitate to go back. When we walked in, it was perhaps 7:00 PM on a weeknight and we were surprised how many people there were at this time. (looks like you could have used more salespeople, haha) We were greeted by a salesperson that appeared to be helping a different shopper but he said that someone will be with us shortly, and that indeed did happen. Lucas helped us and from that point I believe he helped us and only us until we left in our new-to-us vehicle. He was friendly, helpful, not pushy, was honest that if he did not know something about the non-Toyota that we were interested in he said so. I was also impressed that after our deal was completed he thanked Edmundo for us. Edmundo is the internet person that helped us out more than once over the phone and answered some questions that we had. Without Edmundo we never would have driven to Wilsonville Toyota. We thought that the amount WT offered for our trade-in was about where we expected it to be, which was $1000 more than WT's sister dealership offered us 30 minutes earlier! We liked not having to meet with a "finance guy", as Lucas filled this role also. It has appeared to us that "finance guys" slow down the car-buying experience, as they are usually busy with a previous customer and we have to wait. At WT that is not a problem!! Was disappointed that Lucas said that he was out of business cards when I asked for one at the end of the evening. I have been in sales all of my adult life - I don't run out of business cards.
