Izzy DeGyves manipulated me out of an AWD Prius into a FWD Prius. I was called on my way in to a routine service appt about them wanting to pursue trade in options and was paired with him. When I realized the next day why this deal wasn’t actually what I had thought, he did not return my calls. Even after speaking with a general manager, Josh, he did not call me back.
