Wilsonville Toyota and the employees I worked with made me feel welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. They explained their process and how they have a one price, one sales rep approach. No moving from a couple different sales reps, to a finance rep, to a closer. One sales person, and one price, super simple. At one point I was praising their business model and how they were challenging the stereotype of car dealerships, and my sales rep Christy said something along the lines of, "Well, you'll eventually be back in the market to buy a car, and we hope that you'll come back here." That's when it clicked, when you do good business, you have repeat customers. I will most definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota when that day arrives. I would give 10 stars if I could! More

I found the used 2021 Toyota Tacoma truck that I wanted on CarGurus, which happened to be located at Wilsonville Toyota. After initial contact with the dealership online, I received a personalized respons on CarGurus, which happened to be located at Wilsonville Toyota. After initial contact with the dealership online, I received a personalized response from Steven Bailey, including a walkaround video of the Tacoma. Since I live in Truckee California I explained that my wife and I would like to fly up to Portland for a test drive two days later. Steven arranged for me and my wife to be picked up at the airport, and we were able to test drive the truck back to the dealership, where we decided to purchase the vehicle. We were met at the airport by Joe Walters, as it was Steven's day off, and completed the purchase with Joe. In less than 2 hours all the paperwork was completed and we were able to drive off the lot in our new truck!! More
