The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. They communicate better than I do. Took my car in for some repairs, all done quickly and professionally. Feel sorry for not taking my Buick there earlier. Bottom line I couldn’t be happier about Win Kelly’s service.

I had an issue with my equinox tire pressure info screen . The service managers made it right and explained exactly the issue and what may happen and the fix. Also my remade key fob from another dealer didn’t work and he warrantied it for me even over a year . Nice waiting room and great communication. I’ve lived all over the usa including MI(motor city) this dealership is top notch!

Easy to make an appointment with the Corvette specialist. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon and chatted with Cassie & Bryan. Spark plugs had corroded and I was back on the road Tuesday. Great professional service at a fair price. Will use them again.

From the initial phone call (on a Saturday stuck in a parking lot) - to the incredible folks that arranged for the service -to the professional that fixed my problem, was smooth, unomplicated, and all done with such a great attitude. They squared me away rapidly knowing my dilemma, and did it all with a smile. I would recommend the service team to anyone - in fact, I already have!

"The Winn Kelly experience "

By far this dealership has been one of my best experiences that I had in awhile. From the beginning when I purchased the vehicle. Stan the salesman was awesome, no pressure approach, cool calm and collective as he showed me the vehicles. Then it was Kacey and the crew in the service department that had me in and out in reasonable time and when I had issues with the radio she did everything she could to get me out but she wanted done right so I ended up in a loaner vehicle for the day. So far I’ve had a great experience with Winn Kelly.
