Thank you for sharing your experience. We want to clarify a few points. The complimentary oil change program was a promotional courtesy program and was separate from any contractual warranty coverage. While that program was offered for a period of time, it was later discontinued. Our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and complimentary state inspection programs remain in place for qualifying customers. Regarding the tire rotation, after the concern was brought to our attention, the vehicle was brought back and the rotation was completed. We agree that this should have been done correctly the first time, and that is why it was addressed immediately when identified. As for the oil change itself, oil change services are documented through our repair process and technician procedures. A missed tire rotation does not mean an oil change was not performed, as those are separate operations. However, we understand how one concern can understandably raise questions about the rest of the visit. We appreciate your feedback and your business over the years. Customer trust is important, and concerns like these help us continue improving our processes and accountability.

The advertised price reflects the selling price of the vehicle itself, while the final amount financed or paid at signing may include taxes, title and registration fees, government charges, optional protection products, lender fees, or other items the customer elects to purchase. We are committed to transparent pricing and encourage every customer to ask questions about any line item before completing their purchase.
