They walked me from end to end in the store covering service to parts to you name it. We settled on an excellent price and financing was done in less than an hour. By far a top notch experience. The delivery was nothing less than perfect setting me up with On Star and walking me through the entire vehicle. Again top notch I went to Wind Gap Chevy sour in the day as another local Chevy dealer was supposed to have worked a deal on the same style car. The got the car in from another one of their lots, called me in to sign the deal, then at the last second changed the deal. Now where I come from your word is your bond, don't shake hands on a deal, then change it the last minute. It shows the type of character you are and ultimately reflects on your dealership. I won't name names.... Ah yes I will it was Faulkner Chevy in Bethlehem. Shame on them... To end my review, I would just add that not only am I now a proud owner in the Chevy family of vehicles and loving it, but that Wind Gap Chevy will always be my dealer of choice. More

Steve did a great job of answering my questions and also with following up on accessories request even on his days off. Before i went to pickup the vehicle he also helped me with getting all of my paperwork in order, so that we can make the process as smooth as possible. Performing the financing review with Monica Rubio was also a great and smooth experience. Whenever I visited the dealership the staff has always been friendly and not pushy or condescending.
