I was suprized by a charge that was not told to me during the drop off of the vehicle. I need to go on online and find out why this service was needed. Really the first time ever that we had a poor experience. Something that should have taken 15 minutes (given a 1.5 hour estimate) took 3 hours. This pains me to write but after this last time with this service center I don’t think we will return unfortunately. The piece they replaced did not stay in and this time nearly destroyed my sunroof cover. I service center I don’t think we will return unfortunately. I do appreciate that they did the right thing and replaced the part that was lost by the service center some time back and that they got the car back in a timely manner but it was as though they didn’t even try to get it to fit correctly and had they fully broken my sunroof I would not have been able to afford the repair. It makes me sad to write this because everyone is really nice there. More
