I was extremely pleased with my service at Windward Ford. The customer service was excellent, however, the cost to have my vehicle looked at and diagnosed by a certified Ford dealership was way too much. After reviewing what they charged and comparing the suggested repairs to what could be done at other car repair shops, the dealership would charge 42% more than other repair shops for parts and labor. I value my vehicle and want the best care, but they really are charging exorbitant prices for things that I could do myself as someone who knows nothing about cars. If you have cash to throw away I would suggest a dealership repair show, but if you want value and fair prices for your money find somewhere else. More

The best buying experience I have had with Ford. Windward Ford made the process really easy and I enjoyed the entire experience. Repair person don’t return calls, called 4x. Only Will return calls “Will” service manager. I was out of my truck for 1.5 months. They don’t have any loner to use. Service department mis-identified cause of break in exhaust as having been cut in two. After insurance adjuster checked, the flexible exhaust pipe had rusted in two.
