Tried to double charge me the diagnostic fee for the same issue we originally came in for. the prices to fix repairs are outrageous. $600 to change rear rotors and brake pads is crazy. As a small business myself, I believe it's a business responsibility to always provide the best product/service available with the customer at heart. I feel Kailua Ford has become very transactional and lost its small town roots. More

Very disappointed with this visit for service I had an appointment for 9:00 am for service on my son in laws scion when arrived I was told that the person who does the safety inspection had to leave but w appointment for 9:00 am for service on my son in laws scion when arrived I was told that the person who does the safety inspection had to leave but would be there after lunch I had doctors appointment so the service person asked if I could return after lunch i retuned to the dealership at about 1:15 I was told it would they would have it done by 3:00 as I had to wait for the service to be done. It took until 4:45 for my car to be serviced with that said not sure if I want to ever use this dealership for service again More
