My '99 F150 bit the dust, and I needed a ride really quickly. I wanted a hybrid and F150 Lightning was way out of my range. I normally walk by Windward Ford on my daily walk. Spotted the Maverick on the lot and went to look at it. Talked to salesman Josh. Someone was already interested in the Maverick, so I told Josh to call if it became available. Mavericks are hard to come by and they had good reviews. Couple hours later Josh called me, and I popped over to the lot. We made a deal, and I got my hybrid. This was an order that was not sold to the person ordering it. Sale was quick and easy with Josh, but he had a motivated buyer. More

Didn't realize a 4 pm drop off would automatically roll to next day. Should have been notified when booking. Service was reasonable speed. Good communication besides no one ever answers the phone. They made excuses for the parts on coming and when it did come in they said it was defected had to order another one also the sent there for 5 months when they went to work on it they say the was battery was come in they said it was defected had to order another one also the sent there for 5 months when they went to work on it they say the was battery was bad and lie about changing the battery he said to to remove cowl and when they put the battery in the neg cable was mount all the way down and it was missing the hold down battery mounting nut one was there and one was missing and when I took it back he give me excuse and said he didn’t have a nut that was missing More
