My experience today at Winner Ford was very good/great by Rick, Gino and Don. I was looking for a car to lease and Rick was very helpful. He had leased a car to my friend Marian Schomp and she was very sat Rick, Gino and Don. I was looking for a car to lease and Rick was very helpful. He explained the details of both of the cars to me and I decided I would like to take the Mustang for a test drive. I loved the way it drove, it was very easy to handle and the style is great. We talked about the amount I could spend and he worked out the pricing so that is was close to what I could handle monthly. He and Gino gave me a very affordable deal and I am very happy. It was pleasure having David Reyes help me with my new car purchase. I put off going to get a new car till the last minute and dreaded the thought of dealing with the whole thing. Well my intent was obvious. I went to a car dealership to see about buying a car. I liked the fact that I was not assaulted as soon as I got out of my car. He was not pushy, and something surprising, he was respectful. I don't find that quality in many people these days, so I was impressed. At no time did I feel pressured. I could use a lot of fancy adjectives to describe Rick and take up a lot of space on this review, but the point is...Rick is a good salesman. I like him. Before going to the dealership my husband spoke with Karl online. We were able to narrow our selection to two different vehicles that would fit our needs and price point. They candidly addressed our concerns and the advantages to each model based upon our particular needs and wishes. Perhaps more importantly, they worked with us to reach a price point that enabled us to enjoy the perks we really wanted, as well as a few we did not expect. The reason we were looking for another car to lease was due to the fact that i own a truck that is very difficult for my mother to get into from her having foot surgury, so we needed anther small to mid size car for her to get into and out of easily.
