We have car buying anxiety from a previous experience with another dealership that makes us both hate car buying. Even though we had told Yuri we were probably not going to purchase a vehicle for 6 months or so he walked us through the available cars and let us test drive them without making us feel we were wasting his time (other dealerships should take note). After speaking with Ashley the next day we felt comfortable enough to move ahead with a purchase. So much for 6 months! Thank you Yuri and Ashley I love my new Jeep!! More

They would not give her the $100.00 because we didn’t tell them that when we first stepped onto the lot. All I can say is I bought my Other car at Toyota and they gave my friend her 100.00 no questions asked because she gave them more business. They can make mistakes and expect us to come back and resign papers but they can’t give my friend her $100.00. So sad More
