Repair I had bumped a curb backing into a parking space. This dislodged a protector cover under my car. Luckily, it wasn't broken, they just had to replace I had bumped a curb backing into a parking space. This dislodged a protector cover under my car. Luckily, it wasn't broken, they just had to replace screws latches to this cover! I consider $47 a steal! Cost of labor and parts! Even got a certificate for a free car wash! Top notch service as always. More
Friendly people; Good price; Delivery needlessly difficult I went through Consumer Reports/True Car buying service. Despite the promises of Consumer Reports, it was difficult to get prices in advance; Woburn Toyota basically seemed to use the Consumer Reports service as a lead to get me into the store. But after many email exchanges with Justin Salvador I was able to get good prices in advance. I then went to the dealership with an appointment ready to choose between 3 specific in-stock cars and pay cash. Brunnell, the salesman, was very pleasant and helpful. I made the choice. I got a bank check and brought it back and met with Karl, the business person and paid in full. Karl was pleasant and professional. He asked when I was picking up the car. I hoped and expected it would be that day. He said I had to arrange it through the salesman and I should call my insurance company. I made the insurance arrangements and was told that I could put the plates on the new car and had time to complete the registration afterward. However, that afternoon I was told by Brunnell that I couldn't get my car that day because it hadn't been inspected and registered yet. I also learned for the first time that they intended to get new license plates. I was buying to replace a car that was totalled, and I had always planned to transfer my plates. Brunnell asked if I had explained that to Karl. I hadn't. I didn't know it was my responsibility to explain that, and no one had asked. I assumed people usually transfer plates; they apparently assumed I wanted new plates. Then they couldn't get it inspected the next day because they didn't have my plates. (I actually had them with me when I bought; I wish they had asked and I guess I wish I had known to give them to them even if they didn't ask.) So I picked up the car the day after I paid and put on my plates but it couldn't be inspected yet. On delivery, they put on the plates and gave me the keys without setting up any features or showing me how things worked. I was told I would have to come back again to get the car inspected. The next day I learned they had actually registered it with new plates and had to undo that. The next day I was able to back for the third time and get the car inspected after a one-hour wait. In contrast to this, a few years ago I had gone with a friend to a different Toyota dealer and she drove away with her new car on the same day with her plates on it. I don't know why this delivery was so difficult. Moral of the story: make sure everything is clear on license plates, registration and delivery arrangements when you purchase (because they won't explain to you and will make assumptions). And either figure out how to set up the car and use things by yourself or insist on assistance, even if none is offered. But . . . I like the car, the price was good, and the people were pleasant although communication was lacking. I'll take responsibility for my part of that. But I buy a car about once every 8 years and they sell hundreds (thousands?) so I would have expected more from them. More

Happy Woburn Toyota Customer The reason why I have the rating I did is simply because you deserve it. I was a loyal customer of IRA Toyota for over a decade. Myself and my family. The reason why I have the rating I did is simply because you deserve it. I was a loyal customer of IRA Toyota for over a decade. Myself and my family. We bought and recommended others to buy countless vehicles from them over the years. One day it seemed like they just didn’t care anymore. The loyalty was takin for grandted. We never thought we would find a dealer with that family friendly, loyal attitude where the customer mattered. But after going to nearly every Toyota dealer around that we knew of we eventually came to Woburn Toyota. My father is a very hard man to please and he loves this place and so do I. I don’t feel like I’m talking to just another salesman. Over time the employees there do remember you and ask how the family is doing and they actually care. After discovering Woburn Toyota we felt like we wasted a decade of loyalty on IRA. That time an energy would have been much better spent in Woburn. I’m not quite as hard to please as my father but I’m still not easy. I can tell you one thing for sure. The men and women at Woburn Toyota will always treat you with respect, they are tactful, integrity like you don’t find anymore, family attitudes, they actual want to help and actually care. More
