Very professional. Very helpful. Took ownership of the process. The finance department was quick and painless. This was the second car my family purchased from Woburn over the last 8 weeks. My daughter bought a new Rav 4 about 8 weeks ago. I definitely though my transaction was easier. I felt I got a fair price for my Tundra. I’ve owned multiple Toyota’s. This was my first purchase with Woburn. I am a former IRA and Jaffarian customer. Look foreard to future purchases with Woburn. Again can’t say enough good things about Scott anf Hank. Misleading deceiving , disrespectful to customers I requested a quote online from them on Sienna 2018 Limited premium, a lady her title is business development contacted me with an MSRP and a finance I requested a quote online from them on Sienna 2018 Limited premium, a lady her title is business development contacted me with an MSRP and a finance prices which are good for me, I was clear with her in the email about the trim I want , and I asked for the OTD price since I'm 50 miles away, She said she can't give OTD price till I go there to appraise my car. She asked if I have time today (snowy, feezing rain day) or tomorrow. I picked the same day since I had commitment the following day. I left work, drove the 50 miles, to meet with someone after they made me wait around 20 min. to give me a price 10k more saying the other lady doesn't know well. I was in a shock asked for a manager, a manager came his name is John and he said he apologises and he really was careless that I was mislead with what I got (I have the email thread I showed it to him) disrespectfully, he said it's nothing he can fix, other than telling other managers. I wasted my time, put myself in danger of driving after this lady sent me a wrong number. they also tried to push other cars they have on the lot for me to buy . Unprofessional, disrespectful for customers' and careless. More
