I have leased and bought a car on two separate occasions and it has been surprisingly pleasant both times. This dealership has construction going on but with that, the sales person was attentive, made sure I knew how to get on site and was on time for the last minute appointment I had set up. I had saw some cars online that I was interested in looking at and the sales person made sure to check with what they had, what was similar that I may also may be interested in, and in the end of my decision making, made sure I knew every feature of my Toyota Rav 4. I never once felt the sales person was lying to me about what I wanted versus what they were going to give me. He was upfront and clear throughout the whole process. I had to unexpectedly leave the dealership but when I called the salesman to set up another appointment, he got back to me right away. Every step of the way my questions were answered and if he did not know an answer, he found it out for me. I also dealt with the service team during this process for the car I was trading in. They called me to set up a new appointment and were very quick with getting me in for an appointment, although my schedule was not easy to work with. When I leased a car from this dealership, I dealt with a few different people from the sales team as I did not fully commit to a car until a few months; I even got to speaking with someone from management, Reidar Davies. He was on point with understanding everything I was saying in regards to leasing a car, my hesitation, and what exactly I was looking for. He was helpful in suggesting cars and what would be beneficial to me; extremely friendly! Each time, I went back and forth on how I felt regarding each car I test drove and the sales person at the time was patient and knowledgeable. f I had a problem with one car or something I wanted from another, or I even called a few times with questions and never once did I not have a question answered, even if I left a voicemail. This dealership goes above and beyond. I have already sent three different people here for the car buying needs, and I would recommend it to my closest family and friends. More

I worked with one specific sales person who was AMAZING but I happened to end up chatting with Reidar as he wanted to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was super cool to see how involved he was in the work of his team. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was leasing and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle. He was personable and he also made sure that we were comfortable in the short wait we had while signing paperwork. Despite the construction going on, the place was surprisingly not hectic and everyone was pleasant and professional with all that was going on. Even the process of getting my car inspected was quick and everyone was super friendly. I have recommended several people go to Woburn for their next car and they have all had the same pleasant experience. I will certainly be a longtime customer of Woburn. It is clear that Reidar and his team are invested in making sure every customer has a great experience and leaves knowing they got a great deal. More

He listened to not only what I needed in a vehicle but also what I wanted in a vehicle. He was respectful of my budget and I truly feel like I got an amazing deal. He took the time to go over all of my options as far as getting out of my old lease and what I loved most is I wasn’t there all day. It was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. I also was able to drive home that day in my new lease. I can’t say enough positive things about Mr. Davies and his team. They are incredibly lucky to have him. If you need a car go see Reidar and your experience will be like none other. More

My 80 year old mother made an appointment to have oil change and inspection sticker, she opted to wait while services were performed, 3 1/2 hours later she was still waiting!!!!!! They told her the delay was because they LOST yes I said LOST her vehicle. They then had the audacity to charge her full price for their services. My sister and I tried numerous times to reach a service manager and were hung up on. I have currently been on hold over 1 hour, waiting for a manager!! I strongly suggest you go elsewhere More

I have a strong feeling that it happened due to technician mistake. The car had always been serviced at Woburn Toyota as well as my other cars. I also purchased my cars from Woburn Toyota. I have been a loyal customer for many years and always was treated well. However yesterday I was charged $540 for what I strongly suspect was a technician mistake. I am extremely disappointed by yesterday’s experience. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! To put in perspective my family and I have bought five cars from Woburn Toyota since 2008 because Hany, the salesman, was recommended by my boss. Now to the service department. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Like others on Yelp, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for mistakes that go back years. First, went in for oil change on a pre-paid plan. Told they didn't have in the system, needed to demand manger who found it. Same time technician knocked something off engine during the inspection. Had to go back to have it fixed. Multiple times on tire rotations they forget to put the stem caps back on. Most recently went back to get 25000 service under Toyota Care plan, told I was over mileage (27K). Counter person was rude and when I asked for mgr. stated "I'm in charge here" Went to main building and found the Used Car Manager who intervened on my behalf. While waiting overheard service rep yell at an older woman when she asked to have her check engine light checked as part of her appointment. He stated it was a Sunday and they were short staffed. Hopefully the check engine wasn't a safety issue. Service completed and told I had a nail in my tire, interesting coincidence. Sent email to Rick Alessi, the Director of "Fixed Operations" no response. Today, my wife took my car to a AAA approved repair shop for the oil change and found that Woburn damaged my car while doing the previous oil change. For your sake believe the multiple 1 star reviews and STAY AWAY FROM WOBURN TOYOTA!!!!! More

We met with Mark Hickey who let us take the Jeep we wanted out for a test drive & fell in love with it but it was slightly out of our price range. Mark went out of his way to come up with different payment options & down payments to get us a price that worked for us. He was very knowledgable, easy to talk to & listened to our concerns as this was our first big purchase. Mark gave us his cell phone number & told us not to hesitate with any questions or concerns. After I brought the Jeep home Mark called the next day to see how I liked the Jeep. I told him it felt funny on the highway when I braked & he set up an appointment at the service center at my earliest convenience. I would absolutely refer friends & family to Mark. More
