I met with Ernest, who was absolutely awesome! He was very knowledgeable, patient (especially with the added stressor I like to call mom), charismatic, and empathetic towards my concerns and feelings. During the time spent at this establishment, it didn't feel like a business venture, but time we'll spent with friends. I was treated like a person and not another number. For instance, my mother suffers from diabetes and hadn't eaten all day. As soon as Ernest caught wind of this, he brought her back lunch and a beverage (not from the vending machine). I am so content with my purchase, and cannot wait to buy another vehicle from here! Absolutely incredible experience. There was no messing around and we felt like Abdou was truly trying to get us the best deal possible. It was an overall great experience. I spoke with Rich Alessi, who has been tremendous for me over at least the last 15 years, and he helped get everything arranged on my very tight schedule. Rich Dalton handled the service when I brought the car in, and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently - including quickly diagnosing the problem that was much more serious (but readily remedied). I fully expect to continue using Woburn Toyota service for the foreseeable future, both because of the service I received this time and because of how helpful Rich Alessi has been for as long as I can remember. More

So its a bit deceptive when they advertise that they have the lowest prices on the market for pre-owned cars. More
