Bad experience. This place gives dealers a bad name. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Called about a car for 2 weeks ask multiple sales reps to look over the car for me no one bother b Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I drive 50 miles to purchase the vehicle and its missing the carpet in the driver see down to the frame and the outsided is destroyed. I still was willing to purchase as long as they fixed what should of been fixed before they offered the vehicle for sale. I didn't even know the dealers name until after I purchased the car and he handed me his card. I get a call the next day and they give me some bull story about damaged they didn't notice after having the car for over 2 months.... More

Had to wait 1/2 hour to close the paperwork. CJ delivered car to me next day as I had ask and was in and out on 1/2 hour! More

From the first emails I received from Taylor Manzi (Client Care Specialist) and the introductory email from Destiny Lane (BDC Sales Manager) I had a feeling this would be a good experience. I wish I had the names of the two women sitting at the desk as you walk into Woburn Toyota - they, too, were as awesome as the rest of the Team I worked with during my time at Woburn Toyota. Malcolm was very well versed in the Toyota Corolla and was able to provide me with the car which would give me the most for the price I wanted to pay. He did this with a great attitude and seemed to enjoy his job. After we settled on the car I wanted to lease, I was introduced to Ernest who was the 'finance guy'. He offered me many options while preparing my paperwork and was extremely professional. After all the paperwork was complete I was ready to join Brian who introduced me to the many features of my new Toyota Corolla!! If you are looking for a team of professional, knowledgeable people who care about the customer, I suggest you visit Woburn Toyota!! More
Wasted my time and gas! I’ve never reviewed anything before but this one needs to be done. I inquired online on a Friday night after business hours about a used Tacoma at W I’ve never reviewed anything before but this one needs to be done. I inquired online on a Friday night after business hours about a used Tacoma at Woburn Toyota. Saturday morning a little after 8am I received a text and then 20 minutes later a phone call from “Matt”. He wanted me to make an appointment to see the vehicle which I did for first thing Sunday morning. I was very clear in explaining that I came from the south shore and it was over an hour ride for me to get there but Matt assured me it was worth the ride to come see this truck. My wife and I drove an hour and fifteen minutes only to find a “sold” sign on the dashboard of the vehicle. I went inside and asked the receptionist for Matt and was informed he was an internet guy. She asked my name and confirmed I did have an appointment. She asked us to take a seat and said she’d find a sales person to help us. As we walked away to find a seat she turned to a man sitting right next to her and said Julio can you help them. Julio then walked up behind us and said why don’t you come take a seat over here and we’ll get started. I said before we do that can you tell me if that Tacoma is sold? He said yes. I replied I just drove over an hour to come see that and no one had the decency to inform me yesterday when it was sold? All he said was sorry. Are you kidding me??? I would take stars away from this place if possible. This is exactly why most of us find car shopping one of the most miserable things to do. Let’s face it, most of us have to have a vehicle so why can’t these places like Woburn Toyota figure out a way to treat consumers right? All they had to do was text or call me when the vehicle sold. I understand I didn’t ask them to hold it and good for them that they found a buyer the day before I traveled there (if that’s truly the case or was it already sold when I talked with Matt and they just wanted to get me in a seat to sell me something else???) So my advice to any one thinking of buying a vehicle from Woburn Toyota is that if you are more than 5 minutes away from their dealership DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! More
