I went there for a routine oil change and free brake inspection (offered by the dealership). They also do a courtesy General Vehicle inspection, which is nice. The work is consistantly done and although they are the authority on the products they do listen to what the customers have to say. In a car in 2000. I have been visiting Woburn Toyota's service department for the past 4 years even though I didn't find my used vehicles there. I had a older 4 runner which finally died last year and now I have a new t for the past 4 years even though I didn't find my used vehicles there. I had a older 4 runner which finally died last year and now I have a new to me 2007. I am very impressed with their service department so far and my kudos to their mechanics. Diagnosis is always correct and I have not had to go back for any corrective action on a repair. And a special commendation for my service advisor Bill Rich who gets my maintenance and service requests (along with arranging rides and/or loaner cars as the need may be to) taken care of efficiently and predictably. He is thorough about communicating status while the vehicle is in the shop. I have been using service departments from Honda, BMW, GMC, FORD and MERCEDES BENZ in the Boston area for 25 years and Woburn Toyota Service department has provided a significantly better level of customer service than all of those. I hope they keep up the good work as I intend to run by 4Runner for a long time. A.K More

I was trying to decide between the Sport & LE & there was no HIGH PRESSURE & he ran a bunch of numbers to help me decide exactly what I wanted to do. The technicians are willing to show me the work that needs to be done on my vehicle and they are open and respectful. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. More

Loved these guys. Had some grinding in the brakes and thought it was going to cost me a fortune.Bill Rich introduced me to the technician looking at the brakes.
